Lower Level Apartment for Families & Work in Malmö

Positive: La posizione va benissimo per visitare sia Malmö che Lund, purché si disponga di un mezzo per spostarsi. E' molto ben arredato e fornito di qualunque cosa possa servire. Negative: L'appartamento è un seminterrato, con finestre alte e piccole. Questo particolare è visibile sulle foto dell'annuncio, anche se forse andrebbe sottolineato un po' meglio. Ma il vero problema è che le finestre di una delle due stanze non si aprono a causa di tubature che ostacolano il movimento. Manca di fatto una via di fuga in caso di problemi.

This was reasonably good value but The photos don’t clearly show which apartment you get Positive: The comfy bed, it had everything you needed for your stay. The owners kept in touch by message but would have preferred in person contact. Negative: There were small windows in the bedrooms but nowhere else in this basement apartment so rather dark and gloomy. This wasn’t made clear when booked. The furniture in the garden was dirty and uninviting. The head height in the basement is low so not great if you are tall

Positive: Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Positive: Smakfullt inrett boende med välutrustat kök. Smidig incheck med nyckel lås. Bra information kring boendet från ägarna. Negative: Lite kyligt i lägenheten, men fanns portabla element att ta fram.

Goed Positive: Heel schoon en voorzien van alles, hele vriendelijke en gastvrije eigenaren mensen. Ik zou zelf minder kussentjes plaatsen, zijn onnodig veel en nemen te veel ruimte in beslag. Negative: Ons verblijf was in voormalige kelder, om daar te komen moesten we steeds een trap nemen en dat was lastig met iemand die moeilijk kan lopen en of als je met kinderen komt en een kinderwagen hebt.
